Debut: PAX East 2016 Origin: Fallout 4 After playing through all of Fallout 4 Fenix knew they had to do their own femme take on their favorite ghoul, Hancock. They custom sewed everything for this outfit, from the pants to the corset to the frock coat. They made the tricorn hat from leather. They even had plenty of chems. Last, but not least, they sculpted and cast a custom latex piece for the ghoulish face.
